My wife had an affair with another man approximately 15 months ago. things have not worked out. I make approximately 75000. yearly. Have around 340,000 in pension fund and around 120,000 in 401k. What do I stand to loose financially through a divorce?
Your wife is entitled to one half the marital property, including what you have saved in retirement during the marriage. She will not be entitled to alimony if you can prove she committed adultery, and show that you did not condone (forgive) the affair.
