I filed original complaint. I then filed an ammended complaint./ subsequent filing. On original cover sheet I asked claims for relief. On ammended civil action cover sheet I did not . Can this be dismissed for failure to state a claim for relief, or is the original filing and it stated there ok?
As long as the complaint itself is adequate you should be fine, but I would file a corrected coversheet to the clerk’s office.
