Any info on Horne/Esther cases for income/child support

Hello,

I was told that there was case law that stated that money given to a person could/would be counted as income from third party sources.

I was given 2 cases, but cant find the text of them, to see if it qualifies for my case, or even the full name of the cases…

Any information on the Horne Case or Esther case would be much appreciated. Is there a text of these cases online somewhere?
