Attend Divorce Hearing?

She filed for divorce and on the notice of divorce hearing, the trial checkbox is selected instead of summary judgment and/or both. Neither of us has lawyers. I am just ready for this to be over and done with.

Do I need to go to my divorce hearing if we have a separation agreement covering the finances, house, etc. and we have custody agreement and everything is settled up?

If you are not contesting the absolute divorce, then you do not need to be present at the absolute divorce court date unless you wish to attend. If you do not attend, the judge will grant the absolute divorce assuming you were properly served and you’ve been separated for at least one year, among other requirements.
