I am up for review for my child custody case and just to do the rerview and try to fight for primary custody the lawyer i was with said there was a 5000 retainer fee for the review and custody fight. I feel that this fee is high considering i already have joint custody and is only a review before my son starts school. Does this sound high to you guys? i mean i know that there will be alot of planning and getting everything together but 5k for review??? is this standard???
I do not believe the retainer fee is excessive.
