Is money kept under joint bank account considered to be a marital property (money earned after marriage)?
I am a dependent spouse and we have joint account. Is this a marital property at the time of separation?

If yes, if spouse has transferred all his fund from joint account, m I eligible to claim under equitable distribution and able to get it?

Any money earned during the marriage (regardless of how the account is titled) is considered marital property. If your spouse cleaned out that joint bank account, then you should be able to recover that money in an action for Equitable Distribution.
