I have a friend that has sa 13 year old son. THey have left a very bad abused home. They both suffer from PTSD and he came to her and asked if he could sue his ex step father for all that he had done to him. She told him that we would find something out and see what can be done if anything. I know that u can sue someone for distress for emotional problems and they both have been in therapy over 2 years now. Thanks for your time.
