If the judge amends the order to change primary custody and visitation, but orders a review in 6 months, can this order be appealed? The children are suffering due to change in primary custody.
This is not my situation, I am asking for a friend and have not actually seen the order.
Only final orders can be appealed, and they must be appealed within 30 days of the date in which the order is file stamped at the clerk’s office.
