Hello! So question is: if the wife cheated on her spouse and he found out but it had been 4-5 years earlier that it happened but spouse decided to try to work it out with her. Acted the same way as before he found out but just trying to deal with the adultery. Can she steal get alimony from spouse after 3 years of him finding out and they’ve been married for 30 years?
Yes, it is still possible for Wife to receive alimony from Husband as long as Wife is the dependent spouse and Husband is the supporting spouse. In this case, Husband condoned Wife’s adultery, which makes alimony still possible.
