You are welcome. You have grounds to file for a divorce from bed and board, this would cut off your ex’s inheritance and other marital rights. While it is not an official divorce, it will impact some other areas of the marriage. However, it will take several months to have this addressed in court and you will be much closer to the divorce at that point.

My 12yo daughter told me on January 19, 2008 that my husband (her biological father) had been had been having sex with her for the past 3 years (starting when she was 8 or 9).
