ex got the car in the sep agreement, and is in possesion of it and paying the loan. however, it is still registered in my name, and the loan is still in my name. we agreed to have all other debts explicitly transferred, but missed the vehicle. how can I force her to refinance the loan?
If the agreement does not state that she has to refinance the loan you cannot force her to do so.
