Will the NC court recognize it? The divorce will be filed here, not in Canada.

Would signature confirmation via register first class or priority mail serve the same purpose? The person the paperwork is being sent to lives outside of the US (Canada). The post office does not send certified mail to Canada.

It is my understanding that you get a card back with the person’s signature on it.
