Change in child support calculation - tuition change

If the child support order says that the custodial parent will start paying 1/2 of private school tuition 2 years of entry of the order ( noncustodial parent paying 100% of tuition until then and was factored in to calcukation) is this enough of a change in circumstances to ask to recalculate child support?

If the original order stated that after two years the custodial parent would automatically start paying 50% of private school tuition, then no, this, by itself, would not be a basis for modification based on a substantial change of circumstances.
