How do I do a change in Venue for a child support case. I live in MD with my children. We have lived here for 7 years. My ex lived in NC (military) and filed for divorce in NC. The court case was in Cumberland County. He now lives in Mecklenburg county. The Ex has no contact with the children and has removed himself from their life. I would like to have my case moved to were my children and I reside - how and what forms do I need? Where can I locate the forms or do I need an attorney?
