Child Support Letter?

I got a letter today stating i need to be in court for motion to modify support order… MY ex husband is supposed to pay me each month and then sent a motion to dss saying he wasnt the father and wants DNA done. Does he have to pay for the DNA to be done and what does this motion to modify mean? Why do I have to be in court for this?

Without actually reading the motion I cannot say what his basis is for modification. If he wishes to have a paternity test done he will have to make a motion for the same and will be responsible for the costs.

he sent a motion saying he wanted support dropped after it being into place for 2 years and wants DNA done now it makes no sense…

The child support case should not be dropped unless and until he proves he is not the father.
