Child support question

I have a couple of questions about child support. I pay my mother a reasonable amount for after school care and for the cost of gas picking my child up from school. Would both of these be factored into child support? I am afraid my soon to be ex will claim that she is kicking the money back to me, although this is untrue. I have cleared checks to show payments were made. She does not claim income on taxes, but I am assuming the child care payment will still be put into the child care column at 75% since this is our choice-correct?

Yes, if you can document that you are actually paying your mother for childcare there is no reason that expense would not be accounted for in a support calculation.

To refute a claim that the money is not being kicked back to you, produce both yours and your mother’s bank statements.
