My spouse was just served his divorce documents through certified mail and now I am preparing to fill out the Affidavit of Service. Where it says " return receipt requested at the following address:" which address do I put, his or mine?
In the affidavit of service, you will need to put the address in which you served your husband (the address where you mailed the certified mail that he signed for) and the date in which he signed. Your address does not need to be in the affidavit of service.
