Dear kdgaines:
Greetings. I am not sure if you are asking about legal fees or supporting children and alimony. Can you please be more specific? Thank you.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.
I am asking court cost, child support, and alomony? Will I be able to live when she takes all[:)]
Dear kdgaines:
Greetings. Remember that most cases never need to go into costly litigation if you hire an attorney that is focused on resolving things peacefully. You can look on the fee calculator on our website under the “non-litigation” fees to determine how much working towards a separation agreement and property settlement will cost you. I do not know how much you earn, how much she has the potential to earn, how old the child is, the story of your marriage…and all of this would need to be known before we talk about the amounts of child support and alimony. We have to learn about our clients in great detail before we can estimate their alimony. Child support may be by the guidelines, but it may not be. Best of luck.
