Court Ruling?

Dear GavinStein2004:

Greetings. It can take an extremely long time for our judges to rule, since they have such large volumes of work to do. I would suggest having your attorney contact the judge and inquire about the decision. The judge may have thought they called, but did not. We are all human…Thanks

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

I finished a four day custody trial over three months ago. The Court still has not ruled. Is this normal? How long does it normally take in North Carolina for a Court to issue its’ judgement? This lengthy process seems unreal to me…please advise. Thank you.
