Court rulings

The decisions of trial court judges are not recorded except in the court file of each case. When a case is appealed the trial court decision is summarized. Hope that helps.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

Thanks.

Can I obtain trial court decisions by asking for a particular judge ruling? I was told that I had to have the individual name to access court ruling information; I really feel the person I spoke with to new to know what is accessible. You would think there would be a cross list by judges also.

I’m just curious.
