Criminal conversation

Dear heleftme:

Greetings. Yes, you can use this, but you may need to do a deposition of her and your husband, as well as requests for admissions. Thank you.

The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. I have a correspondence between myself and the other woman. I went online under my husbands name and that’s how I told her he was married. She admitted to sleeping with him in this online conversation. I have saved it and sent it to myself in an email so I could print it. Is this proof for court? If not how do I prove she is sleeping with him. He lives with her now is that enough?
