CS of bonused income

Dear Tiredof Court:

The answer is that there is no average. The bonus may be added into the overall income, raising your monthly amount accordingly. I suggest that this is a bad, unjust outcome though because bonuses are not generally monthly and this poses a monthly deficit on the party paying. The percentage of the bonus may be the same percentage of child support you pay off the child support worksheet (performing the calculation without the bonus amount). Best of luck.

My x wants to take me back to court regarding child support of my bonuses. What would the average percentage of a bonus should be paid in child support and should it be a percentage of gross or net?
