My ex is abusive to our young children. I have documentation from multiple doctors, therapists and photos. DSS, the judge and the police detective are claiming it’s from normal childhood injuries and that they can’t take a statement from the children because they’re so young but all the doctors say that it’s very concerning bruising and behavior. What else can I do to protect my children? I know they’re being abused and still have visitation. My ex has a long history of violence and that’s not being taken into consideration either.
