I’m planning to relocate for a new job. Right now we have joint custody and I’ve informed my coparent of moving and proposed a new schedule. I have to start the job earlier than my new place will ready. I prefer to let my child stay home in school until my new place is ready. While I stay in a airbnb during the week, then back home on weekends. Is it possible for the coparent to use me leaving for one month against me? My child could keep his same schedule with my parents and his dad while I’m away during the week.
