The custody order was typed up incorrectly by my ex’s attorney. I have filed motion for relief of judgement and have court recording which has everything the judge ordered including meeting on Sunday at 6 p.m. The incorrect one has my ex bringing child to school on Monday morning and he has to be there between 7:15 - 7:45 a.m. Ex lives approximately 2 hours away. Now ex is saying that he is going to volunteer on Monday mornings at the school (I am sure just to use in court to keep the order as is). Will the judge consider that or will the judge make the order be typed up correctly?
Regardless of what your ex is doing now, the order should be consistent with the ruling.
