Hi, my wife and I have settled all our differences in our separation agreement but she put the separation as September 2014 and I signed and notarized the separation agreement. We both agree now that the true date is March 25th, 2014 when she went on vacation. I would like to have the separation agreement amended to reflect that and she is as well but wants me to handle it now. If we can then we would seek an absolute divorce from each other at the end of this month.Can you all help? What should I do? What can I do?
