I have a question on the NC Child Support Calculation sheet.
There is a line which allows for “adjustment for non-custodial parent”,
can you explain what it means and what conditions would have to be
met in order for it to apply.

It’s just a part of the overall income picture that gets adjusted if you have other kids. Mostly it gets affected if you have other children from a prior relationship that are in your custody who are not subject to the order, or you have a separate child support order for other children who are not included in this order. Your overall income would get reduced to reflect these other support obligations.
