Sending digital files via NCeCourt (Ruke 34)- I am a Pro Se. Plaintiff’s didn’t reply to my email asking permission to send digital files in a rolling basis. I don’t have much time to ask for court order. This is what I plan to do. Create folders with links that store PDF files that can give access to the atty. to download, print, etc. also upload my formal written version.
Then get the written doc. Notarize and upload the page on eCourt. Send the hard copy with original notarization by certified mail with cert. of service. Is this compliant? I will be using Dropbox. To create links for digital file folders.
