I was granted a divorce from bed and board in 2009. My husband had to move from the home. He stayed out of the home for over a year. I let him return to the home but it was suppose to be temporary. He has now been back in the home for a little over a year. Even though we’ve been under the same roof, we have not lived as husband and wife. He has a room that he sleeps in when he’s here and I have my room. My questions are can I have the town cops to remove him from the home under the same divorce from bed court order and can I file for an absolute divorce even though we’ve lived under the same roof, but not as husband and wife. In the court order I was also granted temporary custody of our son. I need to get him out of the home because of his lifestyle and the people he hangs around with. What can I do?
