Do I list income made after the DOS on the EDA?

Hi. Please help. My ex-husband’s lawyer has requested the most recent statements on all current financial accounts. I opened my own account after the date of separation. All of the money currently in that account is money I made after the date of separation. Do I have to report that to his lawyer for ED? My understanding is that I only have to report assets from during the marriage and before the date of separation.

If you there is a pending lawsuit, then the other attorney can ask for those statements through discovery or via subpoena, and the judge can compel you to provide them. The balance may not have an impact on your ED case, but the attorney most likely wants to ensure that there are no marital funds in that account.
