I have a contempt hearing coming up. Ex has now filed a counter contempt motion; which is nothing but lies and I have email documentation abd phone records to prove I have not gone against the order and am not in contempt. Will the judge look at it and dismiss it since it appears we’ve both gone against the order or will he look at the evidence and make a fair ruling? Also I believe she only filed contempt to avoid paying my attorney fees. Is it likely I will be granted relief from my attorney’s fees?

I cannot predict what will happen in any case, or what a judge will do, other than they will look at the evidence presented and listen to each party’s version of the events in order to make a fair ruling.
