Is it illegal in the state of NC for a spouse to hire someone to physically remove a computer disk drive from a personal computer, and then make a copy of it for the purpose of obtaining saved emails which would now not require a password to be protected?
Can these emails be used in a court of law as evidence if they were indeed acquired in this manner?
