Evidence to prove Adultry

I have been really suspicious of my husband cheating for a while so I bought a inexpensive cell phone and texted his cell number pretending to be someone from craigslist. I found out he has been answering ads on CL looking for no strings attached encounters. I pretended to be different people at different times as he never remembered the phone number I used.
My question is can I use this as evidence to prove adultry? He would get very graphic at times about what he wanted. HELP! I have everything saved on the cell phone. Thank for your help.

You can use this as evidence, but this alone won’t be enough to prove illicit sexual behavior on your husband’s part. To prove illicit sexual behavior, you must prove inclination and opportunity. The text messages can help prove inclination, but they likely do not prove opportunity for him to act on what he describes in the text messages.

Hiring a private investigator is oftentimes the best way to prove that a spouse has committed an act or acts of illicit sexual behavior.
