INITIAL DISCLOSURES REGARDING FINANCIAL ISSUES:
Moving Party: The moving party who is requesting child support, post-separation support, and/or alimony has a duty to provide certain financial information and documents within thirty (30) days of
filing the request for support but, in no event, less than ten (10) business days before a scheduled hearing. The moving party who first files a claim for equitable distribution has a duty to provide certain
information and documents within thirty (30) days of filing the request for equitable distribution. </font id=“red”>Opposing Party: The party from whom child support, post-separation support, and/or alimony is sought is to provide certain financial information and documents within forty-five (45) days of service of the complaint or motion, but not less than five (5) business days before any scheduled hearing. The responding party to an equitable distribution claim is required to provide certain information and documents within thirty days (30) days of receiving the information from the moving party.

Greetings. Usually the last two paystubs need to be filed with the financial affidavit, as well as documents of other sources of income if relevant. Thank you.

In NC, what is the deadline(i.e last permissible date) for the moving party(i.e the party demanding Post-separation support) to serve a Financial Affidavit (to the opposition party) before the hearing?
