We separated on May 24th 2023.
Why is he asking from January 1)2020? Our mortgage was paid off on that year but I have no records since my husband paid it.
- I have no debts. Only marital home, car, brokerage account banks and credit card.
He is asking for credit card balances since Jan 2020. I always pay my credit card balance statements in full How to supply the credit card balances information? Can I object?
You could object in that this is overly burdensome and/or that it seeks documentation in the possession of or equally available to the opposing party.
Financial statements are not the same as account statements and is instead a separate document. Many people don’t have financial statements that have been prepared for them.
