Finished school but not graduating

My 19 year old daughter is still in high school, but will be finished in January. She will graduate in June. As I understand the statute, child support ends when a child graduates, quits school, fails to make academic progress or turns 20. Since she will officially graduate in June, but has left school in January, how does the statute apply? Is there any presedent case about this or case law? Where can I find it? Thanks in advance

Case law research is beyond the scope of this forum. In my opinion the literal reading of the statue says that support ends upon graduation, so support would end in June.
