Free trade agreement. Husband out of state

We’ve been separated for 9 years, but we are amicable. He has agreed to sign the free trade agreement, but the form assumes he’s going to have it notarized in NC. Will it still be valid if modify the form to say STATE OF FLORIDA for the husband’s notary signature?

If not, will a notary sign it even though it says North Carolina?

Thank you!

Yes, the free trader agreement will still be valid regardless of where your husband physically signs it and regardless of which state the notary is in. So you can modify the notary page to show the county and state where your husband will sign.
