Guam Divorce in 2005

Hello:

My brother divorced his wife in 3/2005 via Guam. Brother passed in 2010.
The ex-wife states they changed their minds but my brother req a copy
of the divorce in 2007 as original was missing. A certified copy was
mailed on the same day as request, which also went missing. I have an
original in my possession and have hired a lawyer as not sure the Guam
divorce will withstand the good faith clause for a US territory. Do you
for- see any complications in NC as I do not have any cases to compare?

No, the divorce should be recognized here pursuant to Full Faith and Credit.
