Hello

Do you have acutal video proof? I do not know much about such a situation, but I do know that you cannot do much of anything without “real” proof. Clips of video where she had the child online or audio conversation with her admitting to it.

Dear jumponhangon,

It depends on what the child is being exposed too, merely being on camera would not be a grounds for court intervention.

i have found out that my boyfriends 5 month old son’s mama has been having him with her on her webcam at night in chat rooms. these chat rooms are for freaky peopls. they talk all kinds of sex things and talk ugly. is there anything that my boyfriend can do legally to stop her from doing this… 5 month old has no business being on a web cam being exposed to that kind of language. i know he dont understand it but i and he think that is crossing the line.
