is not a NC resident?
I am the NC Resident, and he is a resident of CA. I’d like for this divorce to happen ASAP, but I would like to be clear. If he is not a resident of NC how can his attorney file for divorce in NC?
Our divorce is quite amicable, I just want to make sure that there will be no problems.
