How long to receive judgement by mail?

I used the packet from the SerfServe Center in Mecklenburg County. I went through all the steps and when I submitted my card for the judge and the motion for summary judgement and notice of hearing along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. I was given a court date for the week of August 20. It is now September 10 and I have received nothing in the mail. I assumed I would get something the following week at the latest.

Is this normal? Is there somewhere I should go and check to get confirmation of the divorce?

You should have been in attendance at the hearing for your motion for summary judgment. That is an event that occurs live, and you would have received your divorce judgment at that time.
