Separated at present time. Married for 6.5 years, i lived at home for 9 years. Son is 5 yrs old. 2 weeks ago had a domestic dispute, he left and went to moms now a week and half later he texts me sayi.g hes giving me 60 day notice for my son and I to move.out. he makes 30 tjousand more a year thae ,he was always the conntroller of.the finances, my question is is this possible? i have not signed an agreement yet.u
I don’t think that there is a way that he can force you to move out of the residence that you live in, and I would change the locks and inform him of your intent to separate and that he is not welcome in your home.
