No, this is a legal binding document. I have been there and done that. You need to start going through the document with a fine tooth comb and see what is the best for you.
You cannot rescind a separation agreement based on what we call “buyer’s remorse”. Unless there is clear evidence of duress ( a physical threat), or fraud, the agreement will stand.
