I believe that me and my wife of 20 years are heading towards separation. My question is that a few months ago my Dad passed away and left everything to my and my siblings. We are still in the process of settling the estate and have not yet submitted the final inventory to probate. Will my wife have any rights to my portion of the Estate? She was not listed in the will and all assets are spilt equally amongst the surviving children?
