I tried to ask this during the Webinar, but the audio dropped right after I posted the question. I’m nearing the end of a pro se divorce. No issues, no objections to the petition. My wife is the plaintiff. I know she has to appear in court to answer some basic questions, but do I have to appear in court? Upon reading the scenario in your DIY packet, it seems that only the plaintiff had to appear before the judge. Thanks.
Unless you are objecting to anything included in the Complaint, you should not have to make an appearance in court.
