I have separated from my wife. She has two children, and I did not adopt them. Can I keep her and the children on my company’s health insurance plan for a year?

You may keep your wife on your insurance until you are divorced. With respect to her children, different plans have different rules. If you are no longer living in the same household with her children they are likely no longer eligible for coverage under your plan. I would suggest you speak with your HR representative.
