I would advise you not to violate the court order, but to wait for the judge to make a ruling. How did it go?

Nothing happened, I went to court, even had a expert witness. (Superientendant of Granville County),My lawyer ask to convers in Chamber that took about 45 minutes , after they came out the Judge left the restraining order in place that he stay in Durham Schools, I got to pay 75% of a home appraisal, theres been question on how and why I spend my money, another court date has been set for September(more money)Apparently I will have to sell the home that myself and son lives in. I’m really not understanding NC custody divorce process.
Greetings. Why did your attorney ask to talk in chambers instead of having a hearing for you. That does not sound appropriate to me at all. Thank you.

It has been postponed because of lack of documentation on my part (so they say)I have supplied them with all documentation up to June 2005 except my recent retirement info and pay studs for the months of July and August of 2005 because our finacical headquarters was located in New Orleans but I got them and I’m waiting to seee what happens next. Am I able to ask for an unequall equitable distribution since I have been paying all marital debt since she left and will I have to pay her attorney fees and can I ask if she can pay my attorney fees or a pecentage of it?
Greetings. You must ask for an unequal distribution in your complaint (or answer) where you make your claim for equitable distribution. Thank you.

Is it against the law to prevent a child from getting an education based on Adequate Yearly Progress, (AYP). Am I able to file charges against anyone who pevents my child from attending school,(which is my ex- wife and her attorney). School is in session in Granville county and he has not attended yet because of a judges ruleing and we are not due back in court untill the 29 August, what can happened to me if I take him to school anyway?
