My husband wants me to leaving the house, but I refused to, as he wants the divorce so shouldn’t he leave.
What are my rights? Should I think about getting a lawyer involved at this point?

Either one of you can refuse to leave the house. You both have rights to be in there until someone does actually leave. If your husband is going to pursue a separation and divorce, you should definitely contact an attorney, especially if he has already retained someone.
