Separation

Dear DEPMN:

Greetings. It depends on the circumstances surrounding the end of the marriage on whether or not you can be forced to leave your home. Generally no, you cannot be forced to leave, but one of you has to leave and she can leave the marriage without your permission. Keep your head up and make good decisions…protect your rights and see an attorney before you sign ANYTHING!

MY WIFE HAS DECIDED SHE WANTS TO END OUR MARRIAGE. DO I HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS REVELATION? SHE HAS HADE SEPARATION PAPERS DRAWN UP, BUT I HAVE REFUSED TO SIGN. CAN I BE FORCED TO LEAVE MY HOME?
