Until one of you obtains a divorce judgment, you are legally married. Separation alone does not legally end a marriage.

My wife and I are legally separated. Are we still considered “Husband and Wife”? Are we still “Married”…but just with a different spin on it, if you will? Or are we just that…separated…and not “Married”.
